There was a full sized replica of a Curtiss JN-3 "Jenny" mounted on a pylon at my airfield. Sadly a storm and old age took her 2 years ago. This is one of my last photos of her at sunrise taken from my back porch.

. I make my spice rubs: dehydrated habaneros ground in a molcajete. Mixed with cumin, granulated garlic, chili powder, onion powder, fine sea salt and black pepper. Adjust strength by changing habanero quantities. I do use “Slap Ya Mama, HOT”, if I run low on homegrown peppers.
