This was another great day of insulation-not!
Try filling up a cavity with 16"×5.5" R22 mineral wool. Cut 2-4" pieces reaching through over around pipes, drains, hot heating lines. OUCH!
The worst 2 days of doing it, but the rest will be easy compared to this today.
4 bales done :headbang: 20 more to go....😭
White hazmat suit, Google, N95 mask, gloves. Still get some little glass, metal, fibers.

Cold ...or colder shower after insulation, warm/hot water opens up your pores, may or may not be an old wives tale...
Research says I was right!

If you have fiberglass insulation on your skin, a cold shower is generally considered the best option as it helps to constrict your pores, preventing the fiberglass fibers from getting embedded deeper into your skin; avoid hot water which can open your pores and worsen the irritation.

Absolutely livid! Got a message from my Internet provider a week ago saying "we will be doing work in your area and you may be impacted".
Impacted! We were wiped out for 5 days me my provider and my wife a different one who got zero warning! Couldn't pay bills due, but things in shops. Thankfully I woke up early the first day and transferred some money for groceries but the entire 5 days they didn't tell us.
Now, they are silent, no oh sorry we'll give you extra credit, days, mgb or anything!
I'll bite my tongue on what I think about Telstra and Cmobile. But imagine the worst.
