Developed a pain in my
heel...What kinda hell is this!!!

I hope it's just a bruise or something. Damage to the plantar fascia or the achilles tendon can take a very long to heal up. Been there, done that, still visit from time to time.

I was up and down a ladder quite a bit, more then usual. I didn't have any ... Oh shit!!! falling or twisting moments.

It is! I have a job to finish so I will be limping or crutches and a chair! I have a folding camp chair would work great! I can see the looks now.. That guy is using crutches at his chop saw... then sitting down to do some of the work!

Old injury you forgot about maybe?
Last few days I felt pain in my chest area, skeletal pain, then remembered that's where I got a couple of broken ribs 35yrs ago. Lot of my old injuries are giving me grief lately as we go from crazy hot weather to cool now reminding me of my reckless youth.
