I tried working with my heel pain. Made it worse! Different area of the foot pain. I bought the pillowiest.. gelist insoles I could find. Research and other T-neters said
plantar fasciitis. A middle finger to that !!!!!!! I don't have time to sit around.

Sound like a heel spur of sorts.
Painful to weight on the heel, so.....

British Columbia, Canada has over 20,000 lakes. These lakes range from the well-known Bowron Lakes canoe circuit to countless alpine lakes and long bodies of water in the valleys. The lakes are dispersed throughout various regions, including Northern BC, the Kootenay Rockies.

We have a tiny fraction of that and the majority are man made. The majority of natural are seasonal and can stay dry for yrs. Water in our town comes through a pipeline.
One place we lived it came from an underground water source via bores.

Sheesh, coils are expensive these days for sure. I sometimes think its hook the customer with the detector then reel them in with the accessories.

Most guys on sites are leaving the ladders and opting for the 4x4 Genie Lifts.
Reason is safety over 10ft up.
20ft 1 or 2 workers have to hold the ladder.
30ft secured to structure
Fall arrest systems have be implemented.

The older very experienced guys are rent it-or forget it.
Working out of lift is 100% better than any ladder.

The classic symptom is pain in the heel(s) in the morning when you first get up, or after having been sitting for a while, but then the pain decreases after you’ve been up moving around for a bit. R

No pain in the morning. Longer I walk worse it gets. Even a few hours sitting helps ease the pain.

The lake had no fish in it when discovered by white men in 1853. Sine then Rainbow Trout & Kokanee Salmon have been stocked and you can fish for them.
