I betcha the installation is simply, " the reverse of the removal."

Reminds me of when I was going to change spark plugs on a 2000 lesabre. Bought the plugs then, found out that one has to tilt the engine forward about a quarter turn. Just to access the back plugs!!!

I returned the plugs and dropped the car for a tiune up. 🤷‍♂️🔧 .
How much $ did they charge and did you look to see if they actually changed them?

Good morning everyone.
Rained all night and everything is a muddy mess. Temps are on the rise so it may dry it out for me?
Question.
Anyone know of a good online sorce for old maps to view. Specifically Union County Georgia?
Try oldmapsonline.org

Well it seems my electrician has a brother that is a mechanic.
I got his number and texted him and asked him for a quote.
It will take me 3 hrs, $200. If comes out quicker I'll do you a better price.

I'm going say this that the 🌶's 👐 aren't going to dirty for that amount.

It seems I must be a candle or a light glowing away where irritating moth people want to be in my space

Plowing my yard, back blading in front of my garage.
This car pulls right up to the side of the truck.
(Red flag warning-guy isn't to bright)

I turn off the rock music, put the window down.
"Do you live here?"
Yes
"Where's #74 ......"
Your 30 minutes away from that town.

Then he said
"I guess you don't know who I am"
He runs to his trunk and takes a broken roof mount taxi light.
"I'm a taxi driver"

(Oh geez and not too farking bright)
Well your at the wrong hamlet.

"I'm going to drive up that lane"
Nope
" Yes I am"
No you're going to back out.
"I have winter tires on but the tread isn't good "
Back out take the road.
"No I'll drive up there, if I get stuck I'll turn around."
No you're going to get the fark out of here that way. (Pointing to the road)

So this idiot proceeds to turn around right between the Honda and the rock garden.
I hit the horn, backed up, and he saw me burning tires heading towards him.

He backs up, (very quick, aborting his 6 point turn around) turns onto the side of the road, gets stuck, tries again, same result.
I finally yelled after the 4th attept get on the farking road then you'll have traction.
He did and left burning up the hill.

I seriously felt like making him a fixture of the snowbank across the road.

Phone rings.
Maybe just let him go, and don't escalate the issue. Yes dear.
My yard, minding my own business, listening to my rock music, and idiots invade my space.
But he was a taxi driver :dontknow: :laughing7:

My Shepherds were working dogs. I didnt show them. Dakota is East German and Czech bloodlines. She is/was an amazing partner! I never needed backup when she was with me!
I dont have a favorite breed. I like all dogs! I do have a huge soft spot for pitbulls.

Understood yours worked.

Yeah. I mark things with little pin scratches or a smear of something or tiny bit of tape as honesty markers when I get things done. Mate switched me on to doing that yrs ago when we rode motorbikes. He scratched his initials onto the arms (ground electrodes for setting the gap) of his two spark plugs in his Honda. Before he rode it out he removed them in front of the dealer and checked, part of the service was new plugs he was charged for. They both were cleaned up like new but there was his initials DB on both. He demanded all his money back and got it.
I'll even just before taking my car in wipe off all the grease on the door hinges and bonnet release catch as part of the warranty service is to check them all and grease them. 9 times out of ten they're not even looked at but the invoice says they were.
I point the things out to them which they didn't do before I leave and have checked them. I've had hundreds shaved off of service costs over the years by catching them out and them compensating me for it. Once with my previous car, a Nissan Xtrail, they did some dodgy warranty repairs which I proved to Nissan Australia, Nissan was furious with them and actually extended my warranty as compensation from 3 yrs to 6yrs.
Lucky for me because at year 5 the air con compressor failed and it would have cost $2500 to replace it. 😁

Bought a new truck in 1995. Took for the weekend returned it on the Monday for the perma-shine to be done on the paint.
My Scrap yard was right behind their lot.
So I walked over to pick up the truck, look at the grill, bumper, hood and every bug was in the coating.
Walked up to the service counter and asked how much extra was the perma-bug treatment.
"What are talking about!"
Well you perma-shined over all the squashed bugs.
"We certainly didn't do that!"
Well I certainly wouldn't stand here asking you if it wasn't true!
He huffed out, looked, "Come back tomorrow to pick it up " Sorry Jim"

Too much but better than me working. And, I always have them box up my old parts. ( I even mark the old parts b4 I take it in. ) 🙃

Why do I love pitbulls? Here's a good reason! This is my boy! We are rarely apart for more than an hour or 2!View attachment 2240101
