I also have... from the same totes.. a lot of light globes, chandelier and lamp parts a lot of it from the same era, as research has told me.

2 were the mrs (gutted out works) they quit working. The leather strap one I bought in 2005/6. The Hamilton I trade $350 value with my brother-in-law I can't remember what but we both made out like bandits as I payed a few bucks for a ? and he picked the watch up for $25.
My sister blasted him for screwing me-but it was a trade.
The one in the case I traded 31 yrs ago for a bad debt-the seller offered me a 1948 Caddy or the watch.
I had sold him a lot of tools and he shipped them to the Philippines to open a tool rental business. I said we would settle up once it got up and running.
He flew back to the home country-yup the relatives sold all the tools instead of opening a store.
I had less than 2
$2K invested

No pimping involved just a lot of holding and waiting.

Blacksmithing isn't always iron, they love to ping away on copper as well.
We have a blacksmithing event at a old mill every year.
They make copper vessels, light shades even.
It's just another artistic creation.
Worth a good buck to the person that sees the cool factor.

Yeah my mother had some old kitchen stuff made out of hammered copper.

It always confuses me when I meet people like that as I always look people in the eye when I talk to them.
Which one do I look at? What if one eye is good and the other is bad, they might get annoyed that im looking at the wrong eye! 😬

Good afternoon all! I spent the day (and yesterday) mounting a light box and wiring in a driveway light for my house. I have only been living here for 29 years and finally decided a solar light wasn't bright enough for the driveway! Anyway, got it done and it all works!
