They're growling, hissing, and just looks. He loves cats and the cats really liked him. They'd let him mouth them to no end.

The Coon cats I doubt that it will ever happen.

Good morning everyone. Coyote wandered through a little bit ago. I don't know what he's eating, but I'm guessing it's not rabbits or squirrels since we have a bazillion of them.

Well 4 am bathroom call, then another quick walk, breakfast, he finally settled down for a peaceful rest. Nice to hear the big sigh of relaxation.
Wife walked up to the doorway, and he barked a warning. 🤣
Weighed him last night and the skinny guy was 73 lbs.
We can feel just about every bone that one can feel.
Time to put some meat on him.
Let sleeping dog lie.

Stayed up late and put him on the bed at lights out. He had a good night. No morning confusion or him wandering in the dark when he already has reduced vision when wanting out. Which is timed by old dog erratic standards.
(No more crating for him except feeding times.)

I had orders to take good care of the oldest when the boss lady cut out yesterday.

He grew up having a crate for alone time and at night. Except he out grew the one he had so he just had the back mudroom as his den.
We crated him last night because of his stomach issues and he actually went in himself, so he's OK with his new den.
We'll get rid of it once he settles in and he finds a best spot to sleep.
2 long walks and nothing coming out so that's an improvement over the 6x in 6hrs. yesterday.
He knows what the door bells are for if he needs to get going.
