Don't get your hopes up on that one, but not excluding the future event.
The maintenance seems to have been lacking on these units.
Then again I have only seen a few kitchens that I would pass in and inspection.
Most are I really don't want to know what's behind those swinging doors.

Never look into the kitchen of your favorite restaurant, it probably won't be your favorite anymore.

Speaking of brother in laws, my brother in law borrowed my pressure sprayer. He called me later saying it started up fine but soon stopped running and he couldn't get it going again. Honda motor, I asked him if he slid the gas shut off to the "on" position? Duh. He did his deck, boat, and something for his neighbor. He's taking us out for wings and beer today for the "rental!"

Many years ago my boss borrowed my tow-behind cement mixer. On my day off I decided to stop by and help him with his project. My mixer was in the yard spinning away, but Norm was nowhere to be seen. No answer at the door, so I let myself in.
There's Norm passed out on the couch (at 10am) with an army of dead soldiers (empty beer cans) all around him.
Ran back outside...yep, he had just dumped 280 pounds (4 bags) of readymix in there before passing out (hours earlier).

We hiked the Kalalau Trail and the Mrs was nearly crapping the draws around this bend. So on the way out she was expressing her disliking the curve and she was asking how much further till we reached it.
"Oh we passed it 20 minutes back. If a person is right handed and the cliff is on the right then the queasy feeling happen. On the way out we had the cliff on our right and she didn't even notice anything except the awesome sea below.
What was freaky was the helicopters doing the tours would come up the face of the cliff, and scare the crap out of us at times.

• Narrowness: The trail narrows to barely a foot wide in some places, with a vertical rock wall on one side and a steep drop-off to the Pacific Ocean on the other.
• Elevation Context: While the trail reaches a peak elevation of about 800 feet (244 metres) elsewhere, Crawler’s Ledge is the most exposed and infamous section due to the lack of vegetation hiding the drop-off.
