Those things are awesome. Cleans the yard, chops up the leaves into tiny bits, and makes great mulch. The hoses on that one need to be trimmed though -- they'll drag and abrade and puncture hanging down on the ground like that.

You are correct. First day I shortened mine by 3.5 feet.

I bought 4 of these "pot warmers"

Picking these up I hoped they worked. Skungie looking rigs.
The owner says "you do know that these aren't pot warmers?"

They're worth over a $1000 each.

So I turned it on heated up fast to 350F them I maxed it up to 567F.
1.5 hours later this puppy is still 196.6F

I'm going to be keeping 1 or 2. Clean up the 4 to shiny, oil the cast down again and sell.

ya those would warm a pot.

Things ain't cheap.
But by not having to recover temps like a pan you could crank out crepes big time.

Tossed a bazillion sticks over the fence using a grabber in the backyard yesterday before running the mower/leaf collector. Feels like I tossed a gazillion sticks.

Mower running fine still. Surprised the gas in oil earlier didn't wreck the rings.
Did forget I took the fuel line off the carburetor to park it. Until it conked out.
another month and part of the yard should look better.
Lots of raking awaits up front from rocks and stones and gravel migrating into the yard from plowing snow.
Far to many to mow them all.

Don't get your hopes up on that one, but not excluding the future event.
The maintenance seems to have been lacking on these units.
Then again I have only seen a few kitchens that I would pass in and inspection.
Most are I really don't want to know what's behind those swinging doors.

Amazing how much gravel gets in the snow tat gets on the grass that gets on the mower blades.
The oh crap thought comes quick when the deck is too low, that sound of mowing limestone hits the eardrums a few times in the spring it seems.

Brother-in-law offered to mow the lawn once yrs ago. Ok what part of rock sticking up did you think mower blade would cut it off?
That mulched bald was mulch after hearing the repeated sound of blade hitting the rocks.

Fo now there's no worries yet for me as everything is still winter looking here.

The mrs asked if I was going on the April detecting trip again this year?
Weather dependent, as the looks out the window it's not going to be anytime soon.

Supposed to be a "fair" day today...some rain, some Sun...maybe. Might
pull out the mower and see if it'll start after sitting for a long winter.

For all of us that are mathematically challenged, would you please describe the
numerical difference between a "Bazillion" and a "Gazillion"?

Speaking of brother in laws, my brother in law borrowed my pressure sprayer. He called me later saying it started up fine but soon stopped running and he couldn't get it going again. Honda motor, I asked him if he slid the gas shut off to the "on" position? Duh. He did his deck, boat, and something for his neighbor. He's taking us out for wings and beer today for the "rental!"

I went out last night to turn off the cleaner and I checked the temp. of the grill. It was down to 89F after 7 hrs. It sure retains its heat in the cast iron plate.
I'll have to get a stone to really clean up the plates for resale.
Maybe an oven cleaner for the stainless and the grill surface would be a better option then bring it back to an oiled grill.
I said to the Mrs these grills only take a few minutes to heat up and then it takes a longtime to cool down.
Might come in handy to put in the hoop house on a frost night.

High heat kills germs.
Crud on the sides doesn't mean you're eating it.
( Yes I agree clean is nice.)

A little like flat griddle use.
I used a wide scraper blade when I cooked for a living. It mounted in an actual ergonomic (vs ridiculous claims of such elsewhere) planing type handle.
A pumice stone sometimes if carbon tried to built up somewhere. (Black grill brick.)

This guy used Scotch Brite (green pad) or something similar after using pumice.
I don't think it matters as long as the debris is wiped off.
He also didn't persist to blend in the scorch stained areas. Which too is fine for his purposes.
He's going to cook on it ; not shave using his reflection.
