It's gone down to a 5 and is only on the left side at the back. Totally neck related that I get them there.

I try not to hate anything besides evil.
But unearned hangovers top the list.
Morning all.
Visited the edge of the city South of us. Chinese restaurant. Well an Americanized version of Chinese.
I didn't notice anything confirmed as actually Chinese.
Slalom of road closures.
Dams are cresting or nearer and some bridges getting side pressured at near thier surface.
Now it isn't like such never happens.
Onne dam in jeopardy I investigated thoroughly after it failed when I was a kid. And recall salmon upriver to that fall. I may have greeted a couple.
But like most since then when reworked there's a deliberate area for overflow to go instead of a dam being breached.
You wouldn't know it from the media hype.
Ads for the potential threat below dams , well again history exists.
You build anything below a dam the water and hydraulics are not going to beg excuse when water volume exceeds reservoir or dam capacity.
But like economics some people just ignore basic math.
And after getting washed away some areas near me finally started to catch on and quit encouraging new builds in low flood zones. So this weeks media screams sjow people getting wet basements and foors that have been getting fooded for year along a /the river.
Sigh.
Noticeable yesterday were two particular hills on roads.
Water running out of the road surfaces halfway or higher up long slopes on/to high ground.
Soil saturation has peaked.
Some high ground ditches too holding water nicely. As ditches should.
One river flood plain the water was near cresting the road far from the river we eyed the culverts t full flow. Another inch or two to thier tops.
Whoever made the call for culvert size and count we all agreed had it down to an art.
Still raining.
The mouse I chased of the grill where it want to nest is back.
Guess it won't take the hint.
So a fresh trap and bait awaits a let up in the rain.
Some trees are showing bud opening.
One of my apple tree grafts has a tiny leaf poking out.
I'd like to sneak out for checking for mushrooms tomorrow.
Practiced a minute yesterday in the yard and don't like my glasses about it at all.
But ahh well.
