Good morning all....or maybe afternoon....don't know...

Supposed to be getting snow right now, but so far it's just the typical
cold and chitty weather, which is fine as I really didn't want to spend
my afternoon cutting back blackberry's ...damn things are insidious,
and grow about a foot a day this time of year.

No matter how careful I am, I always end up with a bunch of leaks..

Damn Dizzy..... If cutting blackberry's are causing leaks, maybe technique needs adjusting ?

Smith River, a small town on Highway 101, sitting just 7.7 miles south of the Oregon border on the very tip of California. That building on the corner has been part of the town for generations. Before it became what locals know as “The Bank,” the site was home to a blacksmith shop owned by Trimble & Hanes, later evolving into a café, ice cream stop, and more — always a central gathering place in town.

The bank was a bar for years ! I played a LOT of pool in that little bar.

I was going to buy a motorcycle once. Wrote my learners license, and handed the keys back 2 weeks later.
"I'm going to kill myself on that thing"
Common sense actually worked over my drug induced lifestyle.

I still keep my cycle endorsement. Goes well with doubting I'd remember there's no leg to put down at a stop on the side I used to stop on.
Guess today there isn't even a road test any more?

Predicted storm(s) just arrived. Daaang!
Bulldog woke up and is froggin around.
No window predicted to get the dogs out at thier regular bed time or long after even.
Ahh well.
Let's not get lighteninged or blown off the foundation and all's well.
Flooding will result due to the recent rains.
We're fine here though.

In the area I went today the lands are filled with standing water. I went through some good rains driving down to the scrap yard.
Traffic went from 80mph-35mph, 4 ways were on every transport and cars. Then we drove out of it.
Glad our dog doesn't get excited over the weather.
