I had a call this morning about some 'fixing' she said, so I went to her house. The lady said... you guys (contractors) F'ed up some things up here. Oh boy ! this otta be fun ! Deck rails that move a foot or 2 when you grab them. Miss matched stair height. the deck bowed when I walked on it. Joists were 3 feet or more apart ! She said she is suing the contractor that built it and would like me to write up a whats wrong report... her words.

Or they are just cheap I'm really thinking of buying one to see just what's going on. Crap components, bad design, inferior materials. Panzer will be first. They are a Benelli clone so if the parts from a Benelli interchange..... Ah Hah !!

Good morning all.

Chicken feeder lid is on, hinged for easy fill access, solar charger mounted, and the whole contraption deployed to the yard. It rained all day yesterday. The feed stayed dry, chickens loved it, and there was almost no waste on the ground. Works like a charm.

Tearing down the horse drawn wagon .
Oh boy!
Lots of rivets.
Choice One is to drive them out with a punch. Choice two is to cut them with a chisel.
The swing for the front axel to turn has two flat plates that touch each other . One top friction guard. The other the bottom. So rivets and a smooth working side that ids flush makes sense.
But rivets are elsewhere too. And not shy in number.
A cutting torch would help soften them. But of course I don't have one.
Broke a half inch bolt. And some others.
Down to wheels and axel now on half the wagon. (Wagon is in two pieces.) Called on account of darkness and too many swings of the machinist hammer.

What about a drill to remove one of the heads ?then a punch to push them out ?
