Well.... I'm working so damn much I have a couple friends working a couple of my claims ! Royalties you say ? I hope ! I do trust them. The historically well producing claims I will keep and hit them on the weekends, I did test them before I staked them.
Federal law requires you to actually expose valuable minerals on the site before staking a claim.
I have guitars to work on, buy and sell. lots of other shit do do ! I'm going to sell my stake in the pot farm......Not enough time and the state of Oregon's regulations are a pain in the ass !!

The Mrs is back from her yearly visit with her family on the East coast.
She's officially back on pet care.
"There's large knot in Cobbs mane" I heard last night.
Well adding another 30+, minutes to the clock of duties just wasn't going to happen 🙄

Another dog gone now at 16 yrs. Aged out like the other just recently that Ladyfriend still grieves.

No I haven't smoked for months, no edibles either ! The grower wanted me to learn all about crossbreeding, strains and also I have helped deliver to dispensaries. The security part of it is fun, cameras, alarms... and my favorite... 12 gauge perimeter trip alarms !!! Don't have the time either.

I find I get along better with these boys.

Nice !! I have found that working on people's guitars... fret level/crown/polish, I get a lot of.... would you be interested in this... ?? I now keep the best playing guitars unless I can buy low and sell high, and that happens !

Mostly Gretsch, a few Epiphone, one Epiphone Sheraton II, one Gretsch (RED) Bono signature. Two Gretsch White Falcon Ranchers (one 6 string and a sister 12string). I plan on keeping the Guild AE and a Dan Armstrong resonator. I also have a Marshall 100 W Mosfet amp paired with a Marshall 4x12 cabinet. You'll love it.
And so will your neighbors.
The mandolin has to go, too. My fingers are too fat. I'm convinced mandolin players sharpen their fingers.
