Hey friends, anyone have any advice for metal detecting with a 18 month old? Lol very difficult to keep his attention

Unlikely the 18 month old will find much. Use a metal detector instead.

@russau I noticed you haven't been back on the forum since early Tuesday morning, I know you said you were having surgery this week and just checking to see if you're OK?

I'm happy to say that I see @russau has visited the forum today so he is trying to get back on here with us but I imagine that he's having trouble even typing since he said his surgery was for a "shoulder replacement", looking online the first 1 to 6 weeks is "Immobilization" with some "gentle" physical therapy to prevent stiffness, I can only imagine how much pain he's in after such an invasive surgery!!

Let's all keep him in our thoughts and prayers for a complete recovery!!

How many hours does it take you do a frigging oil change.
Kubota RTV-X1100C
The filter tucked under the rad hose, behind the radiator. Linkage cables under the filter, and the cross member under those.
Took all the skid plates and cover plates off (10) and there was a wee bit of crap on top of them.
What a great nesting area for critters.

Next time there's no way I will be doing it again.

Shoulder surgery on both sides (one at a time). Before, the surgical nurse said "We'll make three incisions. One for the scope, one for the debridement and one for the sharp, pointy things."
Hope his recovery is smooth and painless.

Granddaughter and two Great-grandkids visiting from Florida, son and wife visiting to help me celebrate my 80th birthday. Decided to move my computer room to a room at the other end of the house. Bought a new computer desk and had to put it together! Moving boxes of books, file cabinets, files, book cases, more boxes of books and all kinds of things I have collected over the years! I gotta get rid of some things! Anyway, it's going to be another week or more before I get back to in the grove!
