It’s been 1 1/2 years since my dog has passed. Yesterday I started a new journey in life with a new puppy Athena. I took today off work to get to know each other.

Good afternoon !! lunch time is quittin' time !!! (today) I was still working at 11:00 last night..... I wanted/needed to get trim, window sills, cabinets and doors ready for the stain guy.
If I don't have to do that again I will be OK with that.

Afternoon all! Still working on the room move. Hot here in the mountain valley, yesterday it was about 87F.

So I went to my favorite pub yesterday evening and met some buds. I had a few too many so rather than drive I took a bus home. Sure enough on the way home I passed a DUI checkpoint which waved the bus on through so no problem. This morning I have to figure out how to get back to the pub and pick up my truck and what to do about the bus parked in front of my house.
