Good morning!☕️ Another inch of rain yesterday. This is the greenest summer in quite some time. 🌳

We were a little short of that probably. A nice fairly gentle rain though.
Been a dry spell until Friday evening-ish . So it was all welcomed.
I might mow the front yard here shortly before the dust clouds loom again.
( Last time was right after a rain and still raised dust. L.o.l..)

Friday was 85F and the humidity was high...yesterday it barely got to 66F, and we had a
nice drizzle of rain for a few hours.

What a weird summer it has been..I've got green blackberries that should have been ripe
a couple of weeks ago, cold nights (got the heater on in my shop as I type), and not enough
rain. I think half of the state is on fire just east of the mountains.

Good morning everyone, finally the rain has come back. We need it. Overcast and slightly cooler (high 80's). Maybe a little too much rum last night. I haven't had rum in years but my brother in law came by and we started on a bottle of Mt Gay Barbados rum. A little fuzzy this morning.

A friend of my Dad's was heavily into hit and miss engines, he also restored BSA motorcycles and his shop was a great place to hang around.
Old outboards used to be plentiful at garage/estate sales here, pricey now !
