A few years ago I built one of these 'cabin series' for a customer. They have friends retiring in Brookings so... looks like I get to do it again !! I'm currently at homestead homes in Medford meeting with them. It helps to know people as they are closed today !! not for us !! My wife is a real estate broker and already sold them the land. Semi retired ain't going to happen yet but I have a young contractor willing to help.I'll be general he can be sub. He knows I sold the farm property and asked... won't you be running around buying shit ? Well.... work comes first ! And yes !!

Looking over the packages I don't see where they provide the logs for the
walls. Are they included?

Yes and they are going with cedar bugs don't eat it like pine.
