Good morning. I'm reminded of all the muscle groups I offended last night. Wrestling with distilling equipment and making a mess. I originally wanted to just clean and sanitize two twelve-gallon fermenters. A messy job in itself. When I finished, I thought "Geez, as long as they're clean and I have the cooker ready, I'll just cook up some inverted sugar and mix a wash". Well, one thing lead to another and now I have twenty four gallons of wash bubbling away. I pitched the yeast last night around 10 PM. I'll spend much of the morning cleaning up the mess.
The kitchen floor is sticky.

A friend that moved used to host brewing parties. It seemed to recruit him help. Including a better experienced brewer.
i was brewing wine at the time and when my friend showed more interest in it I kind of sidled away and we talked about his beer brewing more.

I was given 2.2kg of floor sweeps when I purchased a refinery. I sifted large, medium, and then finer mesh.to me doesn't look like gold, maybe sediments that made their way to the bottom because they are so fine
There was 1100 grams of fine material.
I know there's alot of silver in the sweeps as I was putting it in.
Panning isn't my daily routine 😒
