Here's one for $25 that's been loitering.
I don't get nervous till 5 or more H.p. And 100 bucks . Preferably with a tank if it's a dual line.
I don't have much cause to be nervous .
That and I've about enough outboards. Maybe.
A rural sale not all that far away this Fri. lists vintage outboards ; I might need to visit.

Driving home, neighbor had this sitting on the lawn.
Went and got it on the Kubota this morning.
185 lbs was a nut cracker lift.
One pull and it started right up.
Leaks fuel.
Full tank almost.

I wasn't going to get it any cheaper though.

Got looking and unloading my truck, which led into a text message asking if I was going to be late.

Nut cracker indeed.
Carried boat motor while using wheelchair and had to lean due to foot of motor support wooden frame.
(Already strained to catch it falling off the cardboard on a trunk after taking two motors off frame to move it.)
Reached the crosspiece to hang the motor on and wasn't high enough. Or strong enough probably with arms outstretched leaning forward trying not to roll backwards.
So now I have what I tell myself isn't a hernia. Took it easy a day then loaded the spent 8 volt golf cart batteries into the truck. 6 of them at 60-70 lbs each. Lean forward in chair , tip a battery to rest it on my toes and rock it the other way quick to grab and lift.
About the third battery my not hernia really burned. Like don't lift another battery burned. So I loaded the other three and stood upright to sense the damage and didn't feel much of anything.
Still feel it at times. Just not as bad anymore . Hopped on the tractor today and got a reminder.

In my younger days i used to have a charter fishing business on Lake Michigan. Mainly out of Manistee. Most of the king Salmon weighed less then 35 pounds. When they had salt water connections they ran a lot bigger, Nice pictures O V

They owner told us what these shelving units were worth-we had a good belly on the way home.
