No galvanizing……..you guys were lucky……..if I were retreating, real or feigned, leaving food for hungry GI's (contaminated/poisoned) would be on my to do before departure list if time allowed…….

Doc, they figured that I was more valuable running a Norden Bomb sight calibrating facility' They had plenty of their own Bombardiers in the B-17's. Yankee doodle jr, Madam X, and on.. but piratically no-one qualified for that work

P.S. I was a master horizontal Bombardier. 11 mil average. at 10,000 ft could hit a stationary target of 100 ft just about every time

Errr enough blarney from the barmy army bar..... I think Gollum had a unique opportunity for a little side trip if he gets the time away from work? It would make a nice little holiday if anything especially with the contacts he has down there. A besides Gollum being an ex military man I am sure he would be than prepared for all the Eye candy down there.
