Unknown coin/token? found in an old field

Not sure if this a trade token or coin of some sort? Measures about the size of a dime, one side is stamped "153" and the other side is stamped "1C". See pictures for more details.

Any ideas would help my curiosity..

Looks like a bag seal.

Think it might be a seal and is 153 M.C. .....MC being the company.
