It was yummy..In my tummy. ..My wife had "Scary Fish) whole red snapper scored and deep fried with some sort of Asian black bean sauce. .

I know I shouldn't do this late at night, but when extreme dieting, sometimes you have to reward yourself, and this months reward is homemade carrot cake served in style with a thrift store saved sterling fork!

Cleaning out the freezer this morning.....found a pkg. of a goose breast, and 2 scoter breasts.....out came the garlic, scallions, soy, and fresh chopped habanero peppers.....done to a turn on the grill, and served on toasted Italian bread.....more saved for the smoker, always make some smoked goose jerky for the opening of Duck camp two weeks from now.......Later....Gary

Take out tonight, fresh off the fish yellowfin sushi Fri/Sat. (Hopefully) and fresh seared peppercorn tuna on Sunday. ..Tuna for everyone!

grilled salmon, with real butter, a lot of minced garlic and the juice of 5 lemons, from the lemon tree out back! Baked 'tater with butter, chives and sour cream. Ans a salad. Also a beer I kinda like...Mickey's fine malt liquor.

feta cheese stuffed hamburgers on a toasted bun w/ mayo , mustard , ketchup --romaine lettuce and tomato slices * -and spicy sweet thai "sprouted" chili flavor chips - johnny appleseed hard cider to wash it down with --mmmm good.

Lockster 99, wow, that sounds great. Always love my 'chops thin sliced. Umm, sweet corn and smashed taters. That's a real ol' country boy still meal. Blackberry cobbler? I haven't had blackberry cobbler in several months. I might ought to treat the family to a big one in a day or two.

Well, the berries are all gone around here. I dare say I ate my share. Tonight It is Jack Danial's pulled chicken in thick gravy, mashed potatoes with garlic and butter plus french cut string beans. Desert will be rice pudding. Frank five star.png
