Pulled a mast from a 60' Cat today...then working a fresh water system for another...
just finished another addition to add a few more sq ft to the boat shop parts bin...getting full!

Marinated a pork shoulder for 3 days in salt water...then 2 days with a dry rub of coffee, smoked paprika and ground orange peel with a splash of cider vinegar......
mesquite smoked it off for an hour this am, then into the slow cooker for the day...
came home to a wonderful smell, and a great dinner...added PR rice and beans....
I got half of the food crew settled in their quarters. A few loose ends to tie up tomorrow and the heroes start checking in at 2:00. Game on. Er , uh, fish on. Mayflies hatch. Oh yippee.
