Spaghetti and meatballs tomorrow at my house
Turkey veg. soup loaded with Cranberry beans.
These beans are probably our Fav.
Huge, deep brown sauce they produce, adds a real great taste to the soups.

Snow comfort food.

Got a silver from the dez today!

Hi. Our Murray Cod eat anything!
Not uncommon to see a duck happily swimming then "woooompf" gone.
They eat anything, ducks, birds, water rats. Common baits are chicken, any meat type, hot dogs, cheese. They dont bite as such they just open their cavernous mouth and inhale things whole.
you know you're right. I forgot about things like bass eating frogs, mice ducklings etc..... My mistake. I guess I was enthralled by the menacing act of piranha shredding bloody meat with their teeth unlike other acts of fish eating

Id love a couple of them in a fish tank to be honest. They're awesome fish I reckon. 👍 It'd be amazing to watch them at feed time! 😀

6am this morning. Red sky at morning sailor take warning.
Started raining about 11am and still is. Not heavy but steady rain.
We dodged the heavy thunderstorms again here, other districts got them though. Got to 30c here.

Good morning everyone. The cold snap has arrived. Not a fan. But at least it's not windy (yet).

Was doctoring up some family shared chicken and pastry tonight and wondered if we ever shared seasoning on this thread before? Think we did but here it is again.. Love this stuff......

I had a friend from my Merchant Marine days that lived in Maryland who had a couple small ones in a fish tank. He'd put another fish in there but they wouldn't eat if you were watching. But peaking around corner you could see them attacking it until it was nothing
