Nah, a sane persons alternative to vegemite. It actually tastes really nice but looks horrible, Promite. Lovely savoury flavour.
Vegemite looks horrible and tastes horrible, its basically horrible. I refer to vegemite as axel grease in a food jar.

Yep. I tend to do that too. Though I generally make up for it when I get done with the day.
