Green energy infrastructure has become landfill waste.

That stuff destroys it. They are saying that people there where this keeps happening are facing uphill battles with insurance companies with many companies declining to include the solar panels in their policies now. Imagine replacing several thousands of dollars worth of panels on your roof and two months later they're trashed again by hail. That's what is happening there. I wouldn't get them if I lived there.

These solar farms took out really fertile farmland. All fenced where wildlife can't roam freely, no food for animals or people grown. A blight on the landscape-yet it's the cow flopping green plan.

There are always people coming by wanting to put solar panels on my roof. Here in Florida it may be ok except when a hurricane comes ripping through and the panel ends up in someone's back yard. Insurance won't cover them. A friend of mine put them on his house. He pays about 300 a month for them. Zero electric bill. He says the electric company sends him a check every so often for power he sends back to the grid. My electric bill is seldom over $150 but he has 2 teenagers & a pool heater so he says it's a good deal.

It would be bad enough being down wind even with regular roof shingles flying through the air. Can't imagine solar panels going off a roof.

They are an eyesore the turbines where we are too. Ugly damn things covering once beautiful rolling hills. Near where I am is the most productive food bowl farmland in the state if not Australia as a whole. The Wimmera Mallee district. They are wanting to destroy it to mine rare earths for renewables and set up infrastructure for renewable power transmission and more turbines. Its insanity.

A few of our beaches do, we call it fly poop ! Very hard to process. A gold cube works well, it must be above the surf line. You can not have motorized equipment on the beach, like they can in Nome. If the black sand is close to a creek you can run a sluice but it's sloooooooowwwwwwwww.

Exactly, they're doing similar here. Raving on about protection of the environment and the animals by going green yet destroying the land and everything on it. Total scam.
Here's one small example.

Now im not a greeny and I get trees get cut for wood, I used to cut plenty down myself when we once lived in an old farmhouse in the bush for firewood. But the destruction they are causing in the so called name of protection of the environment and the farmland they are destroying is ridiculous. A propper scientific study was done on co2 and the levels in the atmosphere needed for plants to absorb and synthesize creating oxygen and grow and so on. The study showed on average the atmosphere levels have dropped below ultimate levels. It can happily and healthily take more. To actively go about reducing it further will be detrimental overall to world wide crop production and forests.
They're insane.

Here they thought "we're giving them too good a deal with this buy back and it went from nearly a $ a kwh to just 15 cents. Some are getting nothing.
Our power bill over winter is around $200 a month.

The companies sued the gov't for trashing the projects.
The last I heard we're going nuclear again with a bunch of mini reactors east of Toronto.

The total project cost for the four small modular reactors (SMRs) at the Darlington site in Bowmanville is estimated at approximately
$20.9 billion. The first reactor alone is expected to cost around $6.1 billion, with costs potentially decreasing for subsequent units as efficiencies are gained. This total figure includes a federal contribution of $2 billion and an Ontario government contribution of $1 billion, which are part of the overall project funding.
I'll be looking at Dino fuel for the generators to power the shop when needed. The demand charge for just having power is crazy in the rural, then it's like 20 cents per KwH after that.
We pay $200 in the summer average and $425-450 a month in the cold months.

Our opposition govt wants the same, mini reactors. The in power ones flip out and I mean flip out at the mention of them. The environmental minister goes tomato red and he looks seriously like he wants to kill the person questioning him or suggesting anything other than his own agenda. So we have a person with zero self control and anger issues making decisions for us. That should disqualify anyone from any position of power in my opinion. First thing I learnt boxing, never lose your cool, that's when you get things wrong and you make mistakes, fight with your head not with your heart. This guy would be ko'd in the first minute. He'd deserve it too
