When I was a kid I used to think Boxing day was a tradition where boxing matches were held the day after Xmas.
My other maybe as to what it was, was that it meant that the presents people got that they didn't like they'd put away in boxes.

As I got older I came to understand why my mother used to often say to me "stop being so stupid!"

One winter I did the main roads from our friends farm to the main highway.
45 KpH was the speed for 8km

45 id imagine would be considered speed plowing.
I once read about some cars having big issues of underbody rust, especially exhaust systems, because of salt put on roads. How common is that where you are?
