Wife finally got home and then asked my plans for tomorrow? I told her and she said thats fine,but you need to be inside and shower before my workday ends! Why? The new Predator movie will be on-demand and I know you wanna watch all the old ones 1st!
Shes racking up the points! For what is the question!?

You'll know when you hear "Honey?"
That's my giveaway anyway when I hear it as a question.

Me "No"
Her "But I haven't told you yet"
Me "You don't have to, its either you want me to do something, you broke something of mine or I have to spend money"
Her "Your a mongrel"

My dog loved plastic buckets. He'd go through a 9 litre bucket every fortnight.
Buckets were always on the shopping list.
Its how I stopped him destroying things. As long as he had something to chew on, put teeth holes in and destroy he was happy. 😄

Max loved old socks. Never touched our laundry but he loved a good sock toy.
Get a few socks, jam one or 2 inside 1 sock.
Then twist it till you can tie a double or more knots.
He would rip those apart if he choose to, or play catch for a bit. Then destroy it!
The fenders for boats were great toys also, chew the ends off then it was a pancake looking toy.
He destroyed more toys and we loved giving him different ones.
He got too hyper if a toy squeaked, same as our previous Lab/Newfoundland dog. He would kill the squeaker in a few minutes just clamping his jaws down.
Then again that dog could crush a raccoons spine at the neck in under 10 seconds. Then walk away like nothing happened.
Max loved new gloves for some reason. It was like game on, with every sound effect that he could give, like I'm going take that off at the wrist.

The snow banks aren't the same without now.
He loved jumping up on them and then charging down at us, then back up, repeat.

My little sister the youth worker rescues and re-homes dogs too. Been doing it for about 20 yrs. She rescues dogs that are abused and mistreated. She's on a list and gets calls from council Dog rangers when they go to places after reports of abuse by the public.

We dont re-home them. They come here and stay! So I have 24 indoor dogs! That was pur limit! So you can imagine my bills...lol! Heartworm pills alone are 1k. Then allergy medicine for the 1 shepherd and food. I order 10 30lb bags of dog food atleast twice a month! We do all this on our own dime!
Honestly. I think its the best way to spend my money! It brings me happiness to rescue a dog in need and then spoil them rotten!

I got a water jug in the yard right now! They love to push it around and chew on it!

Max would steal our mitts or glove walk around in a game of chase. Amazing he could walk around then dropping it when we caught him, the item was totally dry. Maybe it was just for that kiss on the nose.

He did have his Mexican blanket for years. He took it to bed every night till it fell apart.
