And by the time I posted the above she has made it better! She found Predator:Badlands on Amazon or Netflix for me! So like putting on SpongeBob for a child. She soothed me with Predator! She just wants me to shut up about the oven clothes dryer idea....and it worked!

Great starting point, obviously without it there would not be "better" versions. The Kinks "you really got me" Van Halen made that much better.

That sucks! Seems we both are also SOL until Friday...lol! Fortunately I was down to just 1 load left. Im just gonna wash it over and over until its fixed...lol! No laundry mat nearby and its cold and raining out so line drying is a no go. The wife yelled at me when I wanted to try a sock in the oven...so that idea has been shutdown also. I still think it would work,but one of the reason I chose her was her ability to stop me before I have my...good ideas!

Toyota needs a couch slap, seriously 😒
Easier way is front passenger tire off, dirt guards, sway bar, power steering pump, transmission lines, then every farking wiring harness that's in the way.
Shop time 3.5 - 5hrs
DIY time lots of blue air, no hoist, more blue air.
Shop rates start @ $110-135 a hr.
They won't take the truck with a plow attached.
I can fit it in my heated garage "when empty" with 4" to spare.
This isn't looking good.

Had a skid steer, to access the battery the whole cab assembly had to come off.
Like folks it's a battery, they fail every few years!

Reminds me of when I was going to change spark plugs on a 2000 lesabre. Bought the plugs then, found out that one has to tilt the engine forward about a quarter turn. Just to access the back plugs!!!

I returned the plugs and dropped the car for a tiune up. 🤷‍♂️🔧 .

Well the rain let up. So I started getting everything together and then it started raining again! Then my dryer broke. So I spent the rest of the day tearing it apart. Turns out I should just started with the most common thing..the door latch! Its broken and the dryer wont start without it. So I ordered 2 and put the dryer back together. I did pickup my new tools today.View attachment 2240006

Silky Zubat is a serious blade. Had mine out this winter for something.... A pole sized maple I'd put over to dry above ground with a tractor probably.
If your pocketboy model is anywhere near the quality ; be very careful not to let the blade taste you or a dog or anything you don't want to bleed. Other users have posted pics elsewhere.

Forgot a saw on a project and a friend cross cut multiple 6x6's with mine. Faster than I would have expected. I've cut more brush and limbs and saplings and who knows what else with it than I cared to. L.o.l.. But it cuts well.

Guard your eyes. Not just from rock hammer fun but the unseen twig when you close in on an item of interest with tunnel vision.
Not easy in the heat but worth it.
I can almost see one broken twig swinging after breaking it with my eye crossing a creek on a log.
Double vision for days and the beginning of the eventual poorer vision.
( Which is better than what I thought I had done right away.)

I can recall replacing the water pump on my dads '72 Caddy. It had a 572 cu.in. V8,
and there was so much room under the hood you could crawl right into the engine bay.

Must be a breakdown type of day.
The Tundra has always had a great charging system. Then I started to see a where it stopped charging after the engine got hot.
Cold it would charge again.
The period between each cold to quit working was getting from 1 hr down to 15 minutes.
Raise the plow blade it would bottom out the gauge, then it slowly went to the center again.
Called the alternator shop $315.
Called an old customer in Toronto $130.
Friend will pick it up on the drive by.
Maybe Friday when it's warmer I'll do the switch.

My plow truck eats batteries.

Had to move it to get Kubota out of barn.
Smelled coolant and looked to see none in reservoir.
Out to main road on tractor working and could smell coolant.
Later after parking in barn I lifted the hood and didn't see any coolant leaking.

I suspect I should go buy some stop leak if I don't see any in the cabinet I put coolant in after the prior plow truck leaking fun. Near as I can describe it from the mechanic that unstuck the A/C compressor wheel there is a pipe near center under the manifold on my engine model that leaks out of sight of most any way to detect it.
(Might be a good place to hide an alternator too!)

A warning comes when rising/lowering plow makes stereo cut out.

Had to move it to get Kubota out of barn.
Smelled coolant and looked to see none in reservoir.
Out to main road on tractor working and could smell coolant.
Later after parking in barn I lifted the hood and didn't see any coolant leaking.

I suspect I should go buy some stop leak if I don't see any in the cabinet I put coolant in after the prior plow truck leaking fun. Gone are the days huh when it was as simple as unbolt it take the belt off and fit the other then tension it. 🫤
