I can give you a walk through, anti virus, spyware remover. Free ones and you can run troubleshooters on your computer and those actually fix quite a bit.

Yep, it's that time of year..again. One of the nastiest thunderstorms I ever
drove through was camped right on top of Vegas, and worse yet going up
95 to the north/west of Vegas. It was rain in buckets, wind from every direction
and everything else except a tornado.....I'd expect that in Oklahoma, but not
Vegas!

And yep...took the plunge and Charter member'd myself once again..
