Yes ! Just didn't go hunting last couple of years, I have had great luck in the draw previous years though !! Bow hunting will not be an option. any more... I'm too damn old and quartering them and carting out of the woods is a pain in the ass !!!

Alligator is ok, it can be tough but most are harvested around 6 feet long so they're pretty young and tender. The tail is the best part. Cubed and deep fried is pretty good with onion rings and cold beer. 🍺 They sell gator jerky but I've never tried it.

Good morning!☕️ Lots of damage from the tornadoes night before last. The closest one to my place was 10mi away. IL has had 145 tornadoes this yr. The record is 147, which was set last yr.

In my defense I'm doing the double duty. The tending of fur and feathers is on my plate.
I'm sure you have had the full load of care a few times in the past.

Well yesterday we had the tornado warning ⚠️.
Weird though sitting in the waiting room, TV, a guy's phone, mechanic's phone all squawked with the warning.
Mine-nothing.
I have a smarter phone and it can figure it was just an installment of fear in the sheep.🤣
Seriously it did rain hard.
Your safety is done.
Ok, but I'll wait till it passes.

Forced an old dogs meds this morning and he hasn't eaten anything yet.
(The other dogs I fed about an hour after daylight.)
Supposed to wait an hour after his meds and he's sleeping again.
Nothing too new there but I need to remember he broke routine , again.

Not wanting to eat what he's supposed to be eating.
And of all things with his tired teeth and low protein diet he wants the bulldogs dried food. But we're down to anything he will eat we'll give him , almost.
So I put it with some soft food.

Forced an old dogs meds this morning and he hasn't eaten anything yet.
(The other dogs I fed about an hour after daylight.)
Supposed to wait an hour after his meds and he's sleeping again.
Nothing too new there but I need to remember he broke routine , again.

Sold the 8ft sickle mower and extra bush hog I bought for the PTO shaft.
On the phone: I can look at them and then pay you at the end of the month.
We actually met before.....
Let me transfer the funds now, and go get my trailer.

Peanut butter ended last week already.

He quit waiting on dog treats (area of dining corner by table).
Liver are my soft treat choice and we just finished some.( I break most liver bites in half.)
There's some hard treats I don't know the ingredients. (Could look I suppose.)

There's a jar of freeze dried lung pieces in one of the treat jars.

Ladyfriend took him for a ride to et a cheeseburger. (Their thing going to dog shows back when.)
He didn't want obe so they got a chicken strip instead.
I was brought a cheeseburger at home after , and he decided he wanted some of it.
