Good Sunday morning everyone. Finally, no rain in the forecast for today. Had almost another inch yesterday. If this keeps up, our poor chickens are going to have to become ducks.

With the on/off rains it's been challenging trying to pick the Haskaps this year.
Though last year it was 105F out when I was trying to get the berries off.

Yesterday by the time the fog lifted, and the sun dried everything out, we had a couple of friends over for a few hours to do a pick your own
.
So less another 25 lbs of berries on the bushes with my picking.
Ticks are full on this year, I have drop bottles where they get deposited into if caught crawling on me. Yesterday wasn't too bad as I had only 4 crawlers and our friend found 1 on her neck later on attached to her the back of her neck later on.
