Started early to try to beat the heat. ( Hey it could have happened.)

Second rear spring install on the cart went well. Saving the u-bolt took effort but was the toughest part.
Multiple other non suspension repairs on the cart were knocked out as well.

Lacking a hole saw kit (I think) I used the drill and made multiple holes then linked holes to remove a piece of body material to access the upper hanger bolt. A helpful arrangement. It is covered by another panel so isn't visible after reassembly.
Getting inner wheel well liners back on with one person takes gymnastics. And needle nosed pliers. Complicated by my bringing cart into pole barn forwards. Making the wheel well liner on that side of the barn removed yesterday when cart was backed in... the one for the opposite side.
Not to be deterred I managed to get the wrong sides bolts with thier fuel line spacers into the designated frame holes to start ; some how. Not that the liner sticking out in the rear looked acceptable.
It went better when the proper side was used.

Well at least they're not 8-0 doors, all the homes I work in where I live have doors 1 3/4" thick X 8-0!

Luckily around here homes are not that old, not like the mansions you have back there with 12-14 foot ceilings. I'm guessing to maintain classical architectural proportions.
I have installed a few interior "hidden" room doors 8 feet tall. My place has one ! The hidden room has it's own electrical separate from the main house and a trap door going under the home.
