Yes they do work. They're amazingly stiff, albeit you wouldn't want to use one as a daily opener. And yes... You need to place it in your billfold, and not on your key ring! Of course, you could be like the guy who put his key fob in the cup holder! This is a surefire way to lose not only your keys, but your whole car!

Keeping your emergency key or spare tool card safe inside your wallet rather than on a regular key ring or loose in the car is definitely the smarter way to prevent losing everything.

Speaking of lost items, I'm off to a good start.
I've been cussin' myself for months for losing a $400 pair of prescription Ray-Bans. I found them this morning with a pair of laser lenses next to the laser engraver. I must have looked right past them a dozen times.

This was the ocean this morning at 6am about an hour before sunrise. I'm sure it was from a rocket launch. The Cape is about 25 miles north of where I was standing.

I'm upgrading my brushed Traxxas stamped to brushless. Drivetrain and suspension upgrades will be needed also. I had a Cox brand nitro powered car as a kid but these lipo powered brushless electronic speed control beasts are insane !!

I noticed a 5th wheel parked along side the road a week or so back. My friends property is bordering the road and my property borders his... so I been watching. We have a lot of transients and druggies around for such a small town. A car and a truck both are gone during the day. Good sign ! No crime around here so a good sign times 2. I see him in the hardware store and strike up a conservation, turns out he and his wife came from eastern Oregon to deal with a family's estate and it's taking a while.
He said there are no rentals....2 year waiting list... and the same for RV parks. Park it where you can. He is a licensed Oregon contractor so I gave him some of my extra work. He will get the ... he's younger because I'm older jobs !!
Reason was, I know someone that knows someone that had hired him with great results. He has now moved the 5th wheel about a 1/4 mile on to my buddy's lower acreage which has a full RV hookup including septic, it was there as the former owner put it in a trailer space while building a house.
My good deed for the month... maybe year !!
