Well my right shoulder was actually up this morning. (Right is the nice Pepper)

Going to the tire shop to get a tube for the rear ride on mower tire.

Turned onto the highway drove by a house.
Guy sitting in a lawn chair his wife half under the car, flat on her back.

I carried on till the next rd around the bend, and cracked a u turn. By then my mind decided something isn't right.

I pulled into the yard and got out and said we had met at the mechanics.
He remembered me.
I asked if they were having a problem?

My wife fell. I can't lift her. I called the ambulance, but was told 1-3hrs.

WTF!

OK, let's get her out from under the car first.
Get the lounge cushion off the chair, as it's going to be better than the damp gravel.

We dragged her back, but trying to lift her not an option.
(I'm saying the dog in the shade type of backside)
She said her shoulder was bad also.

Have you got a bed sheet?
He said they had one and went to get it.

I asked her how she fell, oh I fell off my Crocks.

We twisted the bed sheet, went across the chest, under the arms and up.
On the count of 3, up she went.
He got the stepping platform gor her and placed between her and the car.

I just told her to lean into me all she wanted as I had the door jam and the door gripped hard.
She got in the car finally.
I got him to write my number down. 6-10 my phone is on. You call , I can get help and be here in 5 minutes.
They thanked me, told me if I wanted all the apples just to take them anytime for the deer.
Wife gave me high 5.🤣

Well you are the man !! I hope she is OK.

My fishing guide buddy's pics of the week. Chetco river estuary. He asked if I might be his assistant next year, I have spent a couple of years on his commercial crab boat, I will not be doing that again at my age.... but river work.....

I had not heard of this until today. I have a whole bunch of jalapenos from the garden that I've been trying to decide what to do with. I think you just gave me the answer.

Good morning all.

Any wild turkey experts on here? We have one turkey that's been showing up lately. I've been calling him "the old man" because his head is quite white and wrinkly. He doesn't hang out with the rest of the flock, and will pull back if they show up. But he walks and flaps his wings and otherwise acts like a normal turkey. I don't know how much you can tell from a photo, but is he just old? Or is he sick or injured or something?

Could be an Avion pox. I'd not have it around my flock just in case of infection.
