So far, our pollen seems minimal, probably because we still get Temps below freezing. Did you have any tornado warnings today or was that a different part of the state ?

We will have them tomorrow night. We just had a cat 1 day before yesterday that tore up a small town north of me. It’s that time of the year here.

Since we're trying to limit our wasted food or scraps and reduce runs to the grocery store. We'll be having some kale tonight as a side vegetable.

As the stems are tough we usually compost them, however, I thought someone must have figured out how to cook them. So here goes.
