Be careful man.....my best friend from high school was killed in a property feud with an elderly neighbor in N.C. as things got worse and worse the old man decided to string up some barbed wire across a contested ATV trail. Cut him in half right under the rib cage with his seven year old son on the back. I often cry when I see the boy.......just knowing what he had to go through that morning !!

Wouldn't ya know it, the prosecuting attorney is the brother, to a man who is good friends with them?

The good news is, the game warden says it should be an open and shut case, and now he is looking into their hunting record, to see if they poached anything.
 

Yeah for sure the law need to solve this. But i was a member of a large hunting club for years and we had poachers on all sides of the 8500 acres we maintained on a Mississippi State Big Buck program. That's a magnet to night hunters and all kinds. In our case(s) law enforcement we very soft of tresspassers. We confronted some. As a matter of fact I had a pistol pulled on me late one afternoon buy a night hunter. He was a hood rider. His son was driving. And he was 2 sheets working on 3 in the wind. Be careful RR.

Oh they're aware over everything. They know the property lines and everything, but they don't care.


The sheriff just drove passed our house, so he might come back.

Well just a random thought for what it's worth. You may want to compose an email along the following lines.

Further to our lodging a complaint against******since the situation is rather distressing for us could you please provide an update as to what measure/measures have or will be undertaken to rectify the matter to our satisfaction.

I'd probably send it to the sheriff and heck copy in the sleazy attorney, mayor, game warden and any one else in authority in you area.

Remember the squeaking wheel gets the grease. Also if there's a cover up by one or all of them you've got written proof of their inaction if they don't take to necessary steps to rein in these yahoos!......:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:
 

I hope since so many are aware and involved something gets done. Guess your neighbors are watching too.
 

Oh get this, this is a hoot.

They called the sheriff on US for TRESPASSING. What??!?

Oh the irony. However, we can easily beat them in court. The problem is, they like a good ol' retaliation.

Well if it does go to court would suggest you call the other teed off neigbor's as witnesses to their misdeeds.
 

They came back, and either stole the rest of our game cameras, or the cards. They put pictures of my mom and dad out on facebook, with one person saying, "forget the legal stuff, hang em'!". So now my mom and dad are going to get a police escort to check the cameras, and a restraining order on them idiots.

I'll tell you one thing, they'll have to get through me in order to do anything else. This is bullcrap.
 

RR if that was me. I would done beat the crap out of them if they confronted me or my dad on our property.But don't do that
