I drove us down to KY this weekend.Right after MR WD had his shoulder surgery, his dad went into the hospital. It's a very small hospital. Almost more like a glorified clinic. Well, they ended up having to do this surgery on him.



Fortunately the tumor they removed from him was not cancerous. But, he has had a hard time recovering. It's been weighing heavily on us to get down there, but we had to wait till hubby was well enough to travel that far. So, that's where I have been. The visit was good and we saw improvement during the time we were down there. On the way home, I heard this song. It's sad, because my grandpa's both died when I was very young. And while my kids still have both of their grandpas, they are not very close to Mr WD's dad.
