hey every one was just wondering how many fisherman were on here what do you like fishing for and lets see some pics

Big time fisherman here, lots of bass and Walleye around here. The Little Bay de Noc which my town is on the shores of is known as the Walleye capitol of the world. I must admit that I use my free time strictly for metal detecting now and have hung the poles up.

Lots of fishermen (and women) on here! I fish for everything but my favorite trips are after halibut in Alaska. Hope to go up again this coming summer.

that awesome i bought an 18 foot bass tracker with a 60 horse motor in janurary and only took it out 3 times cuz of detecting i use to fish everyday did alot of tournaments but i spent so much time detecting this year i didnt get to do anything.i mainly fish for pike and bass

I like to do some smallmouth and tiger musky fishing in the Delaware river. And some largemouth and crappie fishing in some local ponds.

I use to salt water fish when i was growing up.I lived less than a mile from the harbor.You could rent a row boat for all day for 5 bucks.We use to catch mackerel,flounder,pollock,blues.How would you like to reel something like this in.

yeah thats scary but would be fun to catch lol im up for it, next year im going alligator gar fishing in texas those fish get as big as my boat i cant wait

Living in salmon, strugeon and steelhead country means that if you don't have one of each of those fish to your credit by your fifth birthday you will be shunned by all the other kids in your kindergarten class.
Just had fresh crappie tacos for dinner tonight and will be getting another limit (I hope) thursday.
The freezer is well stocked with chinook and stacks of tuna loins which will have to last until the spring chinook show up.
Living at the mouth of the cowlitz river along the bank of the Columbia means I can pull my boat out of the river and have it home in the garage before the prop quits dripping.
Yeah...I fish a bit too.

I used to fish a lot. Mostly native trout from streams and creeks and rarely ponds and large lakes. I really enjoy the hiking to remote destinations where not many folks other than fishermen know about. I haven't caught any largemouth but I have a couple striper under my belt, those were a lot of fun.

Yea , I fish . DuPont spinners are my favorite bait . They are guaranteed to catch anything that is swimming by .
My Everedy bow is my standby if I choose to hunt .

I use to spend some time in your neck of the woods chasing trout in the streams in April & May. I use to travel a lot camping and fishing, all over the north and East and the Smokeys chasing trout, steelhead, kings, smallmouth, etc. Use to tournament fish a lot in the 70's & 80's. Use to go to Dale Hollow a lot in the spring and fall. Love fly fishing. Now I'm on the coast and river here and while I don't fish as much as I use to I still wet a line quite a bit. Still use the fly rod a lot as well.

I'm a fishin fool. went out a couple days ago in the farm pond. Didn't catch anything, but I didn't care. It was nice to be out in the boat. a great blue heron landed by me. so we had a stare down til I started rowin again. We have bluegill, big mouth & crappie. I love the bass. I miss King salmon runs though. & trout fishin. It's wall to wall fishermen in the rivers on trout opening. No thanks! give me a beaver pond in WYO.

I don't know where in Texas you're going, but I have heard the trinity River is the best. Also last year, they changed the law on gar, you can only keep 1 per day.

Not only do gar have a lot of sharp teeth, but the scales can be razor sharp also.

Growing up down south all I knew about was cat fish I remember my dad bringing em home and putting em in our bathtub before he would clean them and it use to give me nightmares cause they were so big but when I was 7 or so I started going with him and have been hooked ever since (pun intended) my grandpa use to take me noodling with him and would catch everything but fish lol snakes turtles and beavers
