Here in Republic (WA) the 2 main gas stations are at $5.999. There is a little mom/pop outfit literally selling out of storage tanks for $5.699. I was in Grand Forks BC last weekend and it was $1.829 cdn/liter which is right at $5 usd/gal so, right now, my cheapest option is a 30min drive to Canada.

Forget about gas prices. I need to buy around 230 gallons of heating oil for the winter. It is more than double what I paid last year at over $6 per gallon. With oil companies making record profits, we are being ripped off.

Paid $4.20 a gallon yesterday in RI. The gas stations are raising the price 10 cents every few days now.

I saw $4.159 at the EXXON In Lykens Today
Far NW Suburbs of Chicago has climbed back to $ 4.30- 4.60 last 10 days. The 87 grade.
But 20 miles Further north some places is $ 0.80 to a $ 1 less.
Except WallMart and Woodman's supermarkets. There was still $ 4.02 severally days ago

Odd that Sam's Club near me has traditionally been 20 to 30 cents lower than all the other area stations but now they are one of the highest the last few days?

$4.39 - $4.45 and going up.

$6.09... South Bend WA, today!... across the border in close by OR at Costco.... $4.93

They might be looking far ahead into the uncertain future and trying to wean people off the lower prices ( the idea of the $ 0.3 less than others)

$8.60 for diesel in N. Ca. $6.52 in S. Or.

Tell me this should not be declared an emergency! How much higher can it go before people in ca will not be able to buy groceries?

Great people in charge hanging out at the vineyards and playing golf all weekend without a care.

Two things to consider:
  1. Gas (& diesel) prices can and will go higher.
  2. The impact has yet to be fully factored into the cost of food and goods.
In other words, it's probably gonna get a lot worse.

While US Gulf Coast refineries are able to process this type of oil from Venezuela, analysts have warned that, in reality, Washington’s deal with Caracas will not lower crude prices in the US in the near term.
Prices will go up.

diesel was $7.59 today,,, SW, WA

Just my personal opinion, but I will contine to pay what ever it takes to destroy Iran Goverment's capability to do anything, we are at war.

Iran killed 240 marines in the Beirut, Lebanon bombing in 1983, troops were on International peace keeping force there at the request of the Lebanon government, as well as hundreds of other American soldiers killed by their proxies over the years since, as far as I'm concerned Iran has not paid a heavy enough price yet.

There are now scattered reports coming out of armed resistance killing Revolutionary Guard members in Iranian cities.

My opinion, what you're paying for gas has nothing to do with stopping Iran and everything to do with trillion dollar profits for the Oil barons. They are taking advantage of a situation is all. We're being screwed (stronger word intended).

Of course you are Right !
Yesterday at 7/11 in Streamwood, IL, the 87 grade was back to $ 4.69 and I intentionally cast my eyes on the Diesel - it was Whopping $ 6.39 a gallon
They ( even locally ) rely on selling to Few but desperate motorists
