There's folks been chomping at the bit to be able to fish Canadian waters (and of course vice versa , got to fish some one else's back yard...Not our own) since shutdown.
Scuttlebutt has it at the end of the month. So far.

Looks like Canada has been getting stuff done. Congrats!

The borders will be open for fully vaccinated US folks, but the border won't be open for Canadians going south.
But it seems that the border guards are/might strike on the opening day.
