Good afternoon all! Finally warm weather and no freezing temps! Summer may have tip toed in when no-one was looking! Now a road trip for some oysters. Those garlic scapes look fantastic!

Chilled raw oysters with Crystal hot sauce & good horse radish on a cracker. That is one of my favorite things to eat!

I believe June and July are our hottest months. High of 90 today and our central air can’t even cool off the house. It will be like this all summer long
