Was going to go blueberry picking, but received a call (late) that the storms were heavy yesterday and the bushes/berries would be wet till noon.
So it will be a Thursday event now for a solo pick as the Mrs has to care for a couple of pets that are having little issues.
Have the 1.5hr drive each way-then the picking of the berries.
Might have to pack up some freezer packs as they organic pork for sale as well-nothing beats a great pork roast/or a slab of ribs....thinking/craving some oinker!

Though the berries are looking good-the bushes that produced little last year are dripping with large berries this year. Nothing like thumb nail sized berries, oh the ratio sometimes is handful in mouth, one berry in basket.....

The blueberry’s have come and gone. Had a good crop this year. This winter I need to thin my bushes this winter.

Checked the blueberry bushes of Dad's the cuttings I took failed from. (O.K. ,I dried them out. Should have just buried some low limbs partway to ends..)
Last Saturday. Berries light green still. Gonna be jumbos though.

GMorn everbody, Hot is the forecast for next couple weeks.
If you haven’t looked at this site for the last 15 years, nows your chance, I can’t find the fish pics place.
The mulberry’s are full of fruit here, choke cherrys and black currents are getting close too, plumbs have a way to go.

...there you go, the swimming pool was closed Sunday but the trout pond had a great bite. My 2 caught first trout fish ever and the neighbors, smallest one is the wrestler from this spring.

Roger, I was kinda hoping your Cobra had rat rod ?foot? on the gas peddle... I posted some pics of my boat shade. It needs adjusted but makes a difference. It doesn?t seem to slow you down from catching fish from those pics I see...

The Summer Olympics begin on July 20th...

That is Winter in Brisbane...is only 6 degrees C there today!
